Cypress Gardens Adventure Park (formerly Cypress Gardens) is a theme park near Winter Haven, Florida in the United States.
 as the official host site of the $3.5 million Ranger Millennium M1bass tournament to be held November 4-7, 1999. The lucrative tournament, presented by Wal-Mart, will be the richest bass tournament in history and features the largest cash payouts in sport fishing history, with a first place guarantee of $400,000, and an opportunity to win up to $1 million.

Participants in the prestigious tournament will be those Ranger boat owners who qualify to compete by participating in qualifying tournaments being held by more than 20 bass fishing organizations throughout America. The field for the historic bass tournament will include 200 bass anglers competing in a Professional Division and 200 anglers in a Co-Angler Division.

Pro and co-anglers receive their respective division designations based upon their finish in the qualifying tournaments; the highest finishing Ranger owner, as determined by the individual organization's qualifying criteria, is eligible to compete in the Pro Division, while the second highest finishing Ranger owner is eligible to compete in the Co-angler Division.

Anglers fishing B.A.S.S. events are eligible to compete in the tournament should they qualify to do so.

Participants competing in the Ranger Millennium M1 tournament will fish in three elimination rounds over a four-day competition to determine a winner. The entire field will compete for two days, after which the field will be cut to the top 50 anglers in both divisions. These anglers will then compete for one day, in the second round, with the top 10 advancing to the final day of competition. Catch weights carry over on the first two days only. Anglers will start the second and final rounds with no weight carryover.

The winner of the Ranger Millennium bass tournaments' pro-angler division competition will receive the largest guaranteed first place cash prize in the history of fishing--$400,000--and the opportunity to win an additional $600,000 in sponsor bonus prize money. The winner of the co-angler division will receive $150,000 and the opportunity to win an additional $100,000 in sponsor bonus prize money.
