WHAT:     The Central Florida Innovation Corporation (CFIC) and the
          University of Central Florida Technology Incubator (UCFTI)
          present Innovation Florida 2004 - Early Stage Capital
          Conference, sponsored by Akerman Senterfitt, AT&T,
          Business Wire, Garage Technology Ventures, and the Orlando
          Regional Chamber of Commerce. Sustaining sponsors include
          the Central Florida Technology Partnership and UK Trade &
          Investment.

          Innovation Florida 2004 is an annual early stage capital
          conference that connects Florida's hottest private
          technology companies with leading private investors, venture
          capitalists and financiers for an exclusive financial and
          business development event.
