Improved productivity is possible with inks that bring ultimate performance. Flint Group Narrow Web offers the widest product range of excellent, consistent, press-ready products. Offering UV and water based flexo, UV offset, UV screen, and flatbed and rotary letterpress. Also a wide range of varnishes, adhesives, primers, specialty and brand security inks.

Recent products include:

Flexocure Ivory -- UV Flexo Opaque White which, together, with a complete concept including plate, tape and anilox technology allow UV flexo to rival UV screen.

Flexocure XS Shrink White -- Flexocure XS UV free radical technology for shrink sleeves provides more than 70 percent shrink. The opaque white provides excellent flow-out, opacity and whiteness. With excellent adhesion, no need for primers or overprint varnishes.

Uvoscreen OPQ -- tailored for HABA and Cosmetic labels providing strong, vibrant colors that deliver outstanding images to achieve extreme shelf appeal. A silicone free version of Uvoscreen OPQ is available; providing better imprintability for use in combination printing.

Hydrokett PRIME -- provides outstanding color strength and superior printability, optimized for excellent press stability, allowing high print quality throughout long runs. Hydrokett PRIME goes beyond where any other waterbased ink has gone before.

Flint Group Narrow Web's North American headquarters are in Plymouth, MN. Blending facilities are in Minnesota, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Texas, Ohio, Wisconsin, and California. Sales and service are in Canada, Mexico and Latin America.

Located in Minnesota is our Center for Technical Excellence (CTE), housing a state of the art Mark Andy 4150 Combination Press. Additional CTE facilities are located in Sweden & China. They are designed for industry training and research of printing materials, concepts and theories and are available to our customers for troubleshooting projects on press free of charge!
