FlightWorks Expands Fleet with Six Executive Business Jets; The Company's New Planes Demonstrate That It is in Tune with the Increasing Demand for Domestic and International Charter Air Travel.

ATLANTA -- FlightWorks, a leader in aircraft charter and management services, expanded its fleet with the addition of six executive business jets during the first half of 2005. The company added four long-range aircraft, plus a mid-size and one light jet to its fleet. FlightWorks now manages an extensive fleet of aircraft based in four major hubs: Atlanta, Ga. (RYY), Washington, D.C. (HEF), Tulsa, Okla. (TUL), and Jacksonville, Fla. (JAX).

"By adding these jets to our fleet, we increase both our charter and our aircraft management capacity at two of our major business travel centers - Atlanta and D.C.," said Ron Smith, director of business development for FlightWorks. The long-range jets include three Gulfstream aircraft. One is a Jacksonville-based, state-of-the-art Gulfstream 450 with two Rolls-Royce engines that can achieve speeds up to Mach .88. The luxuriously appointed G450 jet comfortably accommodates 14 passengers and is the first and only Gulfstream 450 in service in a charter fleet today.

The two Washington-based Gulfstream aircraft comfortably seat up to 13 passengers. All three Gulfstream aircraft are equipped with a full galley, private lavatory, and spacious, well-appointed cabins. The cabin configurations include leather captain's chairs, couch seating and dining tables, and feature amenities such as flat-screen TV monitors, AirShow passenger information system, DVD, VCR and CD players, flite phones and fax machines. With speeds in excess of 500 mph and a range of up to 5200 sm in the G450, these aircraft provide an expedient solution for coast-to-coast and international travel.

The fourth long-range jet is a Tulsa-based Falcon 2000 that seats eight, has a range of 3450 sm and travels at speeds up to 520 mph. It includes a full-service galley with oven, fully enclosed lavatory, flat-screen monitors, Air Show, flite phone, data ports, TV/VCR and CD player, all within a sophisticated leather and wood-trimmed interior.

The mid-size jet is a Citation III plane based in Atlanta that offers a mini galley, private lavatory, phone, comfortable leather captain-chair seating, and a range of 2000 statute miles and flight speeds up to 520 mph. It provides seating for seven and amenities which include Air Show, CD player and phone.

In the light-jet category, a Washington-based Citation II joined the fleet. It comfortably seats up to seven passengers and has a range of 1450 sm with speeds up to 430 mph. It offers a forward galley, enclosed lavatory, phone, and both internal and external baggage areas.

Also recently announced, FlightWorks earned the distinction of ISO 9001:200 certification granted by the VCA (Vehicle Certification Agency) for its commitment to quality management in every aspect of the business. FlightWorks is one of only four Part 135 Air Carriers authorized for on-demand service for 10 or more passengers to have ISO 9001 status.

In addition, FlightWorks has been named a Platinum Wyvern Wingman Alliance Partner. Wyvern Wingman Alliance Partners provide customers with the peace of mind of a Wyvern Double-Checked(TM) flight. To earn the Double-Checked rating, individual crewmembers and aircraft must meet Wyvern's enhanced safety standards, which are significantly more stringent than the standards required by the FAA.
