Flight operations at IGI airport disrupted by fog.

New Delhi, Jan 1 (ANI): Flight operations at the Indira Gandhi International Airport Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport (IATA: DEL, ICAO: VIDP), located in the city of New Delhi, Delhi is one of India's main domestic and international gateways.  came to standstill this morning as heavy fog enveloped Delhi with about 35 flights being delayed and seven cancelled.

According to airport sources, the general visibility at the airport fell below 50 metres and runway visibility range (RVR) dipped to 125 metres.

Flights to Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai Lucknow and Pune were cancelled. (ANI)
