These Fleetguard hydraulic replacement elements meet or exceed specifications of all major global manufacturers, including Donaldson Duramax(TM), Fairey Arlon(TM), Hycon(TM), Gresen(TM), Pall(R), Parker Hannifin(TM), Schroeder(R), Vickers(R) and many others.

Liang said a major benefit of Fleetguard-branded hydraulic filtration products is their higher efficiency and dust-holding capacity with lower pressure-drop characteristics to prolong component life, which reduces operation costs. The proper oil-cleanliness level for critical clearances on components in the hydraulic fluid stream is carefully tested in Fleetguard's state-of-the-art facilities.

Fleetguard hydraulic elements are available in a variety of media choices. Hydraulic filters can be selected for petroleum- and water-base fluid compatibility. Filter heads are also available in multiple inlet/outlet port sizes and by-pass valve settings to fit a variety of applications.

For example, rated flows range from 37 gpm (140 L/min) for the HF6500 Series to 55 gpm (208 L/min) for the HF6800 Series. Maximum static pressures range from 350 psi (2413 kPa) for the HF6500 Series to 700 psi (4826 kPa) for the HF6800 Series. Recommended working pressures start at 250 psi (1724 kPa) for the HF6500 Series to 400 psi (2758 kPa) for the HF6800 Series.
