Flats sell out in hours.

Home buyers have snapped up all 50 apartments in a city suburb in just 48 hours - even before work on converting an old office block has started. Work on the pounds 5.5m Cube scheme, which will transform the old offices of insurers Hill House Hammond in Cowbridge Road East, Canton, Cardiff, starts next month.

Mark Andrews of Loft-co, the developers behind the scheme, said: 'To sell out a new development in the first 48 hours

in the lead-up to Christmas is nothing short of phenomenal.'
