* Monsanto Co., St. Louis, has reached separate agreements with DeKalb Genetics Corp., DeKalb, Ill., and Delta and Pine Land Co., Scott, Miss., to acquire the two seed companies. Under the agreement with DeKalb, Monsanto will offer $100 for each share of DeKalb stock that Monsanto does not already own. Total cost will be about $2.5 billion.

* Swingster, Kansas City, Mo., and K-Products, Orange City, Iowa, have agreed to a merger in which K-Products will join Swingster as one of the companies owned by American Marketing Industries Inc., Kansas City, Mo.
