 one thing to have vendors training staff on the latest technology or on how to use the next best thing since foam gel. When staff are getting internal training from colleagues or superiors, maintaining a learning environment isn't always easy.

Susan Eaton Susan Eaton (July 9, 1957-December 30, 2003) was an assistant professor of public policy at Harvard University Kennedy School of Government, who became a nursing home researcher at Harvard and workers' activist.  is the director of training and development for Sterling Glen, which has 11 facilities in the New York/ Philadelphia metropolitan region.
