The American Running and Fitness Association, American Medical Athletic Association, and National Recreation and Park Association are also jumping on the bandwagon with their initiative to get Americans more active. National Running & Fitness Week, celebrated May 16-22, will encourage individuals to get involved with community fitness events and help them learn how exercise can be fun!
