Fitness Guru to Debut New Workouts During Deerfield Spa's Affordable Fall Celebration Beginning Today.

EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa., Sept. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Jolene Puffer, renown fitness expert and creator of the patented Yo-Wei workout, will debut new exercise routines at Deerfield Spa, September 22 through 28, to kick off Deerfield's Affordable Fall Celebration -- a series of discounts and special programs running through the end of October.

Puffer, known for challenging exercisers without complicated routines that create potential for injury, will present new suspension and balance workouts that strengthen brain function and help prevent falls and fractures, as well as new Yo-Wei-inspired workouts, Aqua-Wei and Circuit-Wei.
