Fitness Farm Update.


Just look at some of the great events we have planned for this year's Tulip Time Scholarship Games on April 29! Mark your calendars so that you can be among the hundreds of kids that come to the Games to participate for college scholarships. Talent Contest

This brand-new event is gonna be loads of fun--so don't miss out! Whenever you sing, dance, recite poetry, juggle, do magic tricks, play an instrument, or tell funny jokes, your special talent could earn you a college scholarship! Kids will audition in the morning and then the finalist will compete later that day.

ESSAY CONTEST

Do you have any good ideas on how to help someone quit smoking? If you do, we want to hear them. Your ideas could earn you a $5,000 scholarship! Plus, air fare will be provided for the winner and an adult to attend the Scholarship Games.

Rules:

1. Kids ages twelve and under may participate.

2. Essays should be no longer than three pages typed and double-spaced.

3. Include your name, address, phone number, school photo, and a teacher's signature verifying that the work is your own.

4. All entries become the property of the Children's Better Health Institute.

5. Mail your essay to: "Essay Contest," Children's Playmate, P.O. Box 567, Indianapolis, IN 46206.

6. Deadline: March 15, 2000.

POSTER CONTEST

Draw a picture of the Fitness Farm and send it to us. If your picture is chosen, it could earn you a $5,000 scholarship, and be used to decorate the Fitness Farm! Plus, air fare will be provided for the winner and an adult to attend the Scholarship Games.

Rules:

1. Kids ages twelve and under may participate.

2. Pictures must be drawn in color on 8 1/2 by-11-inch white unlined paper.

3. Include your name, address, phone number, school photo, and a teacher's signature verifying that the work is your own.

4. All entries become the property of the Children's Better Health Institute.

5. Mail your drawing to: "Poster Contest," Children's Playmate, P.O. Box 567, Indianapolis, IN 46206.

6. Deadline: March 15, 2000.

TREE IDENTIFICATION EVENT

Learn to correctly identify and spell the names of these trees, and you could win a scholarship at the Fitness Farm!
