Fitel Technologies Premiers High-output, 40mW Continuous Wave DFB Laser Diode.

The modules are available in a full ITU-T wavelength lineup - from 1500nm to 1625nm - in order to support large channel counts and the growing reliance on L and S-band for signal transmission.
