Fitch to Host Teleconference on Liberty Media, Today at 10:00AM.

Fitch Ratings will be hosting a teleconference today at 10:00 a.m. EDT to discuss Fitch's rating methodology and credit quality of Liberty Media Corp.

On July 7, 2003, Fitch affirmed Liberty Media Corp.'s 'BBB-' senior unsecured rating following the company's announced agreement to acquire Comcast's 57% equity interest in QVC, Inc. for approximately $7.9 billion. Fitch analysts Michael Weaver and Susan Park will host the call.
