) primary servicer rating of 'CPS2+' and master servicer rating of 'CMS2-'. The company has informed Fitch that it does not wish to maintain its servicer ratings. iStar is not an active CMBS primary servicer and is not named master servicer for any CMBS transactions. Therefore, Fitch has decided to withdraw the servicer ratings.

Fitch rates commercial mortgage primary, master, and special servicers on a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 being the highest rating. Within each of these rating levels, Fitch further differentiates ratings by plus (+) and minus (-) as well as the flat rating.
