NEW YORK -- Fitch Ratings withdraws the 'AA' rating assigned to The Housing Authority of Savannah, Georgia mortgage revenue refunding bonds (FHA Insured Mortgage Loan - Crossroads Villas Apartments Section 8 Assisted Project) series 1993A (the 'bonds').

The rating action is taken in connection with the 2004 defeasance of the bonds with cash and certain direct obligations of the United States of America.
