Fitch Withdraws State of Ohio 2008A&B GOs.


NEW YORK -- Fitch Ratings has withdrawn the 'AA+' rating on the following state of Ohio bonds. The bonds did not sell as expected on Nov. 17, 2008.

--$52,000,000 higher education general obligation (GO) refunding bonds, series 2008A;

--$32,000,000 common schools GO refunding bonds, series 2008A; and

--$39,000,000 infrastructure improvement GO refunding bonds, series 2008B.
