Fitch Withdraws ShopKo's Ratings After Note Tender.

 has withdrawn the ratings on ShopKo Stores Inc. as follows:

--Senior unsecured notes 'B';

--Secured bank facility 'BB-'.

These ratings were on Rating Watch Negative.

This action follows the completion of the tender offer for the 9.25% senior unsecured notes due 2022, under which 94.3%, or $94.3 million, of the notes were repurchased. ShopKo completed the tender offer following the acquisition of the company by an affiliate of Sun Capital Partners, Inc.
