Fitch Withdraws Ratings of GTECH.

 has removed the Negative Rating Watch and withdrawn the debt ratings of GTECH Corp. and GTECH Holdings as follows:

--Issuer default rating 'BBB+';

--Senior unsecured credit facility 'BBB+';

--Senior unsecured rating 'BBB+';

--Convertible debt rating 'BBB+'.

These actions follow the Aug. 29 announcement that Lottomatica S.p.A has completed its acquisition of GTECH. All GTECH debt obligations are being assumed by Lottomatica, which is not rated by Fitch.
