Fitch Withdraws Rating on Vantage Health Plan Inc. (Ohio).

 has withdrawn the 'Bq' quantitative insurer financial strength rating on Vantage Health Plan Inc. of Ohio. Vantage Health Plan has voluntarily relinquished their license and has terminated their contracts, effective Sept. 7, 2004.
