 (Manhattan). The withdrawal of Fitch's 'F1' rating on Manhattan's commercial paper (CP) follows SMBC's decision to no longer provide the information necessary for Fitch to maintain Manhattan's rating. Fitch's withdrawal of its rating was effective as of July 1, 2007.
