Fitch Withdraws Rating on Los Angeles Unified School District (CA) Series 2002B & 2003A.

 -- Fitch Ratings has withdrawn its 'A' long-term rating on the following two series of bonds:

-- Los Angeles Unified School District The Los Angeles Unified School District (the "LAUSD") is the largest (in terms of number of students) public school system in California and the second-largest in the United States. Only the New York City Department of Education has a larger student population.  (CA) (Multiple Properties Project) certificates of participation (COPs) series 2002B;

-- Los Angeles Unified School District (CA) (Multiple Properties Project) COPs series 2003A.
