Fitch Withdraws Rating on Chelsea Community Hospital's (Michigan) Rev Bonds Series 1998 & 2005.

 has withdrawn its 'BBB' long-term rating on the following two series of Michigan State Hospital Finance Authority revenue bonds:

--Series 1998;

--Series 2005.

The rating withdrawal is in conjunction with the advanced refunding of the above-referenced bonds.

) fully merged with Trinity Health (Trinity), which is rated 'AA' by Fitch Ratings. Subsequent to the merger, Trinity defeased CCH's outstanding revenue bonds.
