 withdraws its 'A' rating assigned to North Hudson North Hudson is the name of the following places in the United States of America:

 Sewerage Authority, New Jersey's (the authority) approximately $65.3 million in sewer revenue refunding bonds (capital appreciation bonds [CABs]), series 2009A (taxable); the bonds were originally scheduled to sell via negotiated sale the week of Feb. 23, 2009. Fitch's actions follow the authority's decision to postpone the sale.

The rating withdrawal does not affect the 'A' rating on the authority's approximately $242 million of outstanding sewer revenue bonds assigned by Fitch on Feb. 19, 2009. The Rating Outlook is Stable.
