(ABFC ABFC Alaska Boreal Forest Council ABFC Advanced Base Functional Component ABFC Aviation Boatswain's Mate Fuels, Chief Petty Officer (US Navy Rating) ABFC The Addison Brodrick Fan Club ), series 1999-1: -- Class M-1 upgraded to 'AAA' from 'AA'; -- Class M-2 upgraded to 'AA-' from 'A'; -- Class B affirmed at 'BBB'. The affirmation reflects adequate relationships of credit enhancement (CE) to future loss expectations and affects approximately $5.55 million of outstanding certificates. The upgrades reflect an improvement in the relationship of CE to future loss expectations and affect approximately $10.3 million in outstanding certificates. The above transaction has failed its loss trigger, which has prevented the trust from paying principal to the subordinate bonds and has also prevented a stepdown of the OC target. Thus, CE has grown significantly on a percentage basis benefiting the mezzanine bonds. The mortgage pool consists of closed-end, fixed- rate residential mortgage loans. ABFC deposited the mortgage loans into the trust fund.
