--Warren County (VA) approximately $16.5 million of outstanding GO bonds affirmed at 'A+' as well as $15 million of outstanding lease revenue notes series 2004A at 'A' and $68.2 million of outstanding lease revenue bonds series 2004B at 'A' with a Stable Outlook.

--New Britain (CT) approximately $177.5 million of outstanding GO bonds affirmed at 'A' with a Stable Outlook.
