The separate state governments and the federal government share sovereignty, in that an American is a citizen both of the federal entity and  and local governments. The teleconference follows the release this week of a special report discussing this issue.

Managing Directors David Litvack David Litvack (b. April 25, 1972) is an American politician from Utah. A Democrat, he is a member of the Utah State House, representing the state's 26th house district in central Salt Lake City and part of West Valley City.  and Amy Laskey will give a 15-20 minute presentation, followed by a question-and-answer session.
