 will host a teleconference in conjunction with today's release of its special report: 'For Sale Signs: Municipal Impact of a Housing Market Slide,' which will be available on Fitch's web site at www.fitchratings.com. Fitch's analysts will discuss the key factors the company uses to identify municipal debt issuers in areas vulnerable to or currently experiencing a real estate market decline or price correction.
