The following four deals have also been placed as 'Under Analysis' because Fitch has not publicly reviewed them in the past 12 months:

--MSCI 2003-IQ5.

The 'Under Analysis' designation is part of Fitch's SMARTView surveillance process and is meant to communicate to the market which deals Fitch is currently reviewing. SMARTView is the monthly disclosure of U.S. CMBS transactions which Fitch has identified for in-depth review. Generally a rating action for these transactions will be issued within 30 days.
