Fitch fitch: see polecat. also upgrades the following classes: -- $36.3 million class B certificates to 'AAA' from 'AA'; -- $22 million class C certificates to 'AAA' from 'A+'; -- $16.9 million class D certificates to 'AA+' from 'A'; -- $10.4 million class E certificates to 'AA' from 'A-' -- $16.9 million class K certificates to 'BBB-' from 'BB'; -- $6.5 million class L certificates to 'BB+' from 'BB-'. In addition, Fitch affirms the following classes: -- $30.4 million class A-1 at 'AAA'; -- $158 million class A-2 at 'AAA'; -- $595.2 million class A-3 at 'AAA'; -- Interest-only class X-1 at 'AAA'; -- Interest-only class X-2 at 'AAA'; -- $7.8 million class M at 'B+'; -- $10.4 million class N at 'B'; -- $5.2 million class O at 'B-'. Fitch does not rate the $15.6 million class P certificates.
