The affirmations reflect credit enhancement (CE) consistent with future loss expectations and affect approximately $5.3 million of outstanding certificates. The mortgage loans in the aforementioned transaction include fixed- and adjustable-rate, fully amortizing and balloon, first lien conventional non-conforming residential mortgage loans having an original term of no more than 30 years which are extended to subprime borrowers. As of the May 2007 distribution date, the transaction is 78 months seasoned and has a pool factor (current principal balance as a percentage of original) of approximately 4%. This transaction benefits from mortgage insurance policy, issued by GEMICO, with respect to those mortgage loans with original loan-to-value (OLTV OLTV Original Loan-to-Value ratio OLTV on Line Television ) ratios in excess of 60% at origination.
