 has affirmed the following class from Fidelity Funding Mortgage Finance Corp.'s residential mortgage-backed certificates:

Series 1997-1

--Class B at 'BB'.

The affirmation, affecting approximately $1.6 million of the outstanding certificates, reflects a stable relationship between credit enhancement Credit Enhancement
