Fitch rated the City's fiscal 2007 subseries C-1 tax-exempt bonds (final size: $650 million) and subseries C-2 taxable bonds ($70 million) on Dec. 15. The refunding series was added to the offering at pricing. Fitch affirms approximately $35 billion in outstanding New York City GO bonds at 'A+'. The Rating Outlook is Stable.
