 assigns an 'AA-' to Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency's (Mass Housing) $40,455,000 housing bonds, 2005 series H, I, and J. The 2005 series H, I, and J bonds sold last week through a syndicate led by Lehman Brothers and are expected to close on or about Dec. 20, 2005.
