Fitch Rates Maryland CDA's $120MM Residential Revs 'F1+'.

 -- Fitch assigns an 'F1+' rating to the Maryland Community Development Administration's (CDA (1) (Compact Disc Audio) The compact disc file extension that is seen on the computer in Explorer or some other file manager. The short term 'F1+' rating on the bonds reflects the bond proceeds being invested in treasury securities with the corresponding maturities of the bonds. The bonds are to sell through negotiation this week, through a syndicate led by Ferris, Baker, Watts, Incorporated. The bonds are expected to close on or about Feb. 23, 2006.

The 2006 series C and D bonds are on parity with all outstanding residential revenue bonds rated 'AA' by Fitch.
