Fitch Rates Mansfield, Texas Drainage Rev Bds 'A+', Upgrades Outstanding Debt.AUSTIN, Texas -- Fitch assigns an 'A+' rating to the City of Mansfield, Texas' (the city) $2.2 million municipal drainage utility system revenue bonds, series 2007.
