 -- Fitch Ratings assigns a rating of 'AAApre' to the Industrial Development Authority of the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri Lee's Summit is a city in Jackson County and Cass County, Missouri. In 2007, the city had a total population of 81,913[1]., making it the seventh-largest city in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area and the sixth-largest city in Missouri.  health facilities revenue bonds (John Knox Village), consisting of the:

--$8,330,000 series 1995;

--$10,300,000 series 1999;

--$14,250,000 series 2002.

The bonds were refunded on May 24, 2007 with proceeds of the Authority's senior living facilities revenue bonds (John Knox Village Obligated ob·li·gate

 Group), series 2007A. The series 1995 bonds will be redeemed on Aug. 15, 2007 at par. The series 1999 refunded bonds will be redeemed on Aug. 15, 2009 at 101%. The series 2002 refunded bonds will be redeemed on Aug. 15, 2012 at 101%.
