The 'AAA' ratings on the class LL certificates reflect the guarantee provided by Fannie Mae that required payments of principal and interest on the certificates are distributed to investors on time.

Fannie Mae's guarantee is not backed by the full faith and credit of the U.S. and does not constitute a debt or obligation of the U.S. or any of its agencies or instrumentalities other than Fannie Mae.

The mortgage loans underlying the transaction are conventional, fixed-rate, fully amortizing mortgage loans secured by first mortgages or deeds of trust on single-family residential properties. The mortgage loans have original terms to stated maturities ranging from 20 to 30 years.
