Cedar Hill serves most of the city of Cedar Hill and portions of Grand Prairie and Ovilla. , Texas' (ISD See IDD. , or the district) estimated $6.98 million unlimited tax refunding bonds, series 2006 (the bonds). The rating is based on a guarantee provided by the Texas Permanent School Fund (PSF), whose insurer financial strength is rated 'AAA' by Fitch. The bonds are scheduled to sell via negotiation this week of Nov. 6, 2006 through a syndicate led by Morgan Keegan & Co., Inc.
