The 'AAA' rating on the senior securities reflects the 32.92% initial subordination provided by the 4.61% class M-1, the 3.14% class M-2, the 2.78% class M-3, the 2.74% class M-4, the 2.74% class M-5, the 3.08% class M-6, the 3.11% class B-1, the 3.00% class B-2, the 7.48% class B-3, and initial overcollateralization (OC) of 0.25%. Additional credit enhancement will be provided by growing OC resulting from the use of accelerated principal payment amounts - which are derived from interest on the mortgage loans. The target OC is 5.00%.
