IBCA IBCA International Braille Chess Association IBCA Institute of Burial and Cremation Administration IBCA Integrated Business Communications Alliance IBCA International Barbeque Cookers Association IBCA Department of Interior Board of Contract Appeals hereby affirms the ratings on Commercial Capital Access One's commercial mortgage bonds, series 2 as follows: the $208.3 million class A and interest only class I at 'AAA', the $20.5 million class B at 'AA', the $33.1 million class C at 'A', and the $23.7 million class D at 'BBB'. Fitch IBCA does not rate the class E, class F, or class G bonds. Additionally, Fitch IBCA affirms the series 3 bonds as follows: the $65.8 million class 3A-1, $200.6 million class 3A-2, and interest only class 3X at 'AAA', the $45.5 million class 3B at 'AA', the $43.4 million class 3C at 'A', the $19.5 million class 3D at 'BBB', the $6.5 million class 3E at 'BBB-', the $10.8 million class 3F at 'BB', and the $17.3 million class 3G at 'B'. Fitch IBCA does not rate the class 3H bonds. The affirmations follow independent Fitch IBCA reviews of both deals with regard to the extension of the primary and special servicing contracts, that engage Dynex Commercial Services Inc. as primary and special servicer, for a period of one month, expiring ex·pire v. ex·pired, ex·pir·ing, ex·pires v.intr. 1.
