 Receivables Loan Trust 1998-D as follows:

--Class A-3 downgraded to 'AA' from 'AA+', Outlook Negative.

Class A-3 notes are each supported by a financial guarantee insurance policy provided by Financial Security Assurance Inc. (FSA FSA Financial Services Authority
