Effective Sept. 26, 2002, the rating assigned to the $2,800,000 Industrial Development Authority of the County of Isle of Wight Noun 1. Isle of Wight - an isle and county of southern England in the English Channel

An international rating agency for financial institutions, insurance companies, and corporate, sovereign, and municipal debt. Fitch Ratings has headquarters in New York and London and is wholly owned by FIMALAC of Paris.
. The rating will be based on the substitute irrevocable, direct-pay Letter of Credit (LOC LOC - lines of code ) to be issued by JPMorgan Chase Bank, which will be replacing NationsBank, N.A., n/k/a/ Bank of America
