Fitch Discusses Latest Actions on GM Today 1:00 p.m. EDT.

CHICAGO -- Fitch Ratings analysts will be providing an overview of its latest rating downgrades on General Motors and GMAC during a teleconference to be held this afternoon at 1:00 p.m. EDT. Fitch lowered the ratings on GM and GMAC to 'BB+' from 'BBB-' earlier today with a Negative Outlook. Today's call will be led by Mark Oline, Managing Director, Fitch Ratings Corporate Finance. A Q&A session will immediately follow Oline's prepared remarks on GM. Questions on Ford are also welcome.
