The 'Under Analysis' designation is part of Fitch's SMARTView surveillance process and is meant to communicate to the market which deals Fitch is currently reviewing. SMARTView is the monthly disclosure of U.S. CMBS transactions which Fitch has identified for in-depth review. Of the 60 deals identified for review, 35 were identified through Fitch's automated algorithms while 25 are annual reviews. Generally a rating action for these transactions will be issued within 30 days.
