Fitch Corrects Displayed Ratings on 4 NYC-related Credits.

 -- An error was found in the ratings displayed on Fitch's web site for the following bonds:

--Jay Street Development Corp. courts facility lease revenue bonds (New York City New York City: see New York, city.

City (pop., 2000: 8,008,278), southeastern New York, at the mouth of the Hudson River. The largest city in the U.S.
 - Jay Street Project);

--New York City Industrial Development Agency special revenue bonds (New York City-New York Stock Exchange Project);

--Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY DASNY Dormitory Authority of the State of New York ) court facilities lease revenue bonds (New York City issue);

--Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) revenue bonds.

Fitch upgraded the ratings on the above bonds to 'A+' from 'A' on June 29, 2007. The current 'A+' ratings now appear correctly on our web site. Previously, the ratings were incorrectly displayed as 'AA-'.
