The deal has continued to perform as expected with a stable WARF and sufficient credit enhancement for the current rating level. In addition, there have been no defaulted assets or credit events on the reference portfolio since close. The rating of the floating notes addresses the likelihood that investors will receive full and timely payments of interest, as per the governing documents, as well as the stated balance of principal by the legal final maturity date.
