Based on stable performance since issuance, the loans maintain their investment grade credit assessments. The Sept. 30, 2005 occupancy of Woodbridge Center was 97% compared to 96% at issuance. Year-end 2005 occupancy for Harbor Court remains stable at 100% since issuance.
