 Fitch affirmed STA's other ratings. Yesterday's release ('Fitch Affirms St. Paul Travelers Debt Ratings at 'A-'; IFS at 'AA-'') is available on the Fitch Ratings web site at www.fitchratings.com.

Additionally Fitch has withdrawn the ratings of one of STA's subsidiaries. The withdrawal is not a reflection of any change in credit fundamentals, but rather of a prior merger between two St. Paul Travelers subsidiaries.

Fitch affirms the following companies' 'AA-' IFS ratings with a Stable Outlook:

--First Floridian Auto and Home Insurance Company

--First Trenton Indemnity Company

--Travelers Auto Insurance Co. of New Jersey (formerly Red Oak Insurance Company)

--Seaboard Surety Company

--Travelers Casualty & Surety Company of America

--Travelers Lloyds Insurance Company

--Travelers Lloyds of Texas Insurance Company

Fitch also withdraws the following company's 'AA-' IFS ratings:

--Travelers Casualty & Surety Company of Canada
