A-V Atrioventricular, also 1. Anteversion 2. Aortic valve 3. at 'AAA'; --Class A-IO at 'AAA'; --Class A-PO A-PO Physical Optics Currents on an Auxiliary Plane at 'AAA'; --Class R-I at 'AAA'; --Class R-II at 'AAA'. The affirmations reflect credit enhancement (CE) consistent with future loss expectations and affect about $129 million of outstanding certificates, as of the Jan. 25, 2006 distribution date. The collateral in this transaction consists of fixed-rate, seasoned mortgage loans secured by first liens on one- to four-family residential properties. These loans were purchased by the depositor from Residential Funding Corporation. The primary servicers for these loans are Homecomings Financial Network, Inc. and GMAC Mortgage Group, Inc. (each rated 'RPS1' and on Rating Watch Evolving by Fitch). Residential Funding Corporation (rated 'RMS1' and on Rating Watch Evolving by Fitch) is the master servicer. As of the Jan. 25, 2006 distribution date, the 2004-SL4 transaction was 12 months seasoned and the pool factor (current principal balance as a percentage of original balance) was 65%. This transaction has not experienced any losses to date. The 90+ delinquencies, as a percentage of current collateral balance, are 2.34%. The CE for the 'AAA' bonds has grown to approximately 1.5 times original CE.
